Included for job sites within a 1-hour drive of Readyville, TN. Beyond that, and up to a 2-hour drive, billed at $89/hour plus GSA mileage.

Owner-Builder Coaching

You're the GC — I make sure you're not guessing

$1,099/month remote

• Two 45-minute calls per week
• Same-day text response, 7am–7pm Monday–Saturday, plus scheduled calls and video calls whenever it's faster to talk it through
• 2 in-person site visits per month (local) or 2 video walkthroughs per month (remote)
• Trade sequencing and inspection schedule guidance
• Subcontractor coordination support
